The project has three component.These are those:
1.GREENING
Greening is the process of transforming artifacts such as a space, a lifestyle or a brand image into a more environmentally friendly version (i.e. 'greening your home' or 'greening your office'). The act of greening involves incorporating "green" products and processes into one's environment, such as the home, work place, and general lifestyle.
Cleaning is one of the best way to help our environment. In Rizal, where we lived, cleaning is very important. Sweeping, picking and throwing in proper disposal containers of garbage are some simple way to clean our environment.
3.RECYCLING

Recycling is a process to change materials (waste) into new products to prevent waste of potentially useful materials, reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials, reduce energy usage, reduce air pollution (from incineration) and water pollution (from landfilling) by reducing the need for "conventional" waste disposal, and lower greenhouse gas emissions as compared to plastic production. Recycling is a key component of modern waste reduction and is the third component of the "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" waste hierarchy.

AS part of protecting our Mother Earth , launched in the province of Rizal this 26th of September the Ynares Eco System ( YES ) To Green Program . This is the flagship program of the Rizal provincial government led by Governor Nini Ynares . Performed YES To Green Program at the Ynares Center in Antipolo conjunction with visualization in the fourth year of the onslaught of typhoon Ondoy that Rizal was one of the victims in 2009 , with 172 persons werekilled and nearly fell the province.
According to Rizal Governor . Nini Ynares , YES To Green Program is divided into three parts : cleaning , planting trees and recycling . Cleaning the environment , prevent flooding , safeguard the Laguna de Bay seafood sources today are shallow due to siltation . Also prevent dengue . Must conceive to be clean air, reduce the impact of climate change , have a meal and prevent soil erosion or landslides . Recycling , help the people because there is money to waste .Rizal Gov. believe . Nini Ynares on teamwork, YES To Green Program magtatagumapay and added that God can forgive regardless of the weight of our sin nature but we are not forgiven because we each desecration Mother Nature has corresponding penalties .Also part of Secretary Nereus Acosta , he said YES To Green Program is a symbol of unity of all sectors of the people who care and love our nature and environment . Unique and first YES Program . The country is an inspiration and model for unification - hoop , and the kindling of the candle is a symbol of environmental protection .
